Introducing automation to your home may be something you would like to consider if you have been searching for ways to bring a new sense of convenience into your everyday routine. As this Hunter Douglas system can be controlled in two unique ways, you will have flexibility in terms of how you reposition your shades at any time of the day. At Gables New York, our friendly team of experts can assist you as you begin considering the many benefits of this offering.
As previously mentioned, Hunter Douglas PowerView® Automation offers two unique control methods. The first option is the PowerView® App. With just the touch of a button, you can dictate the movements of the window treatments inside your home. By creating room scenes, you will also be able to automate your window fashions on their own throughout the day if you so choose. The app, which is available for both Apple® and Android™ devices, can also be programmed to coincide with the sunrise or sunset of your particular location. As you can see, introducing automation to your home comes with many unique features.
In contrast, the Pebble® remote is a great handheld device if you're looking for a more traditional way to move your shades. This remote, which comes in a variety of six beautiful colors, allows you the option to move up to six shades at once. This means that whether you would like to move a group in unison or want to just raise or lower an individual window covering, you will have the freedom to choose what you would like to do at any given time. Introducing automation to your home can be a fulfilling solution due to the flexibly it offers immediately upon implementation.
If you would also like the option to move your shades when you are in other parts of your home, such as the garage or the garden, the PowerView® Repeater can extend the Hub's signal. This will give you a broader range of locations where you can change the positioning. An unexpected feature of the Repeater is that it can also double as a nightlight, which can be customized with your favorite color. Introducing automation to your home can be beneficial in a wide variety of ways.
